The project included increasing the size of the clubhouse, adding a multipurpose building, launch ramp, breakwall, and landscaping . A special \u2018thank you\u2019 goes out to the partners of the project (Enterprise Cape Breton Corporation, the Municipality of the County of Richmond, the Strait-Highlands RDA, Development Isle Madame Association), fundraisers and the many volunteers.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/club-interior.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-19\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/club-interior.jpg\" alt=\"club-interior\" width=\"350\" height=\"233\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>In 2014 work to replace the entire main wharf was completed.<\/p>\n<p>The many amenities offered at LPYC include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Finger Piers<\/li>\n<li>Laundry Facilities<\/li>\n<li>Showers<\/li>\n<li>High Speed Internet (WiFi)<\/li>\n<li>Public Washrooms<\/li>\n<li>Concrete Launch Ramp<\/li>\n<li>Moorings<\/li>\n<li>Protected Anchorages<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The LPYC Club House is available for rent to host private social functions.
